ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION/PAUSE

Enrollment Cancellation Form

  • Cancelling out of the program and terminating your enrollment

  • Termination of tuition payments/auto billing

  • A notice before or on the 15th of the current month is required for cancellations to go into effect for following month. (no less than 15 days prior to the billing date)

  • ​Re-registration is required to rejoin the program, including an enrollment fee.

Enrollment Pause Form (Summer Use Only)

  • Allows you to retain your spot in the HoopSphere program without being billed, pausing your enrollment.

  • Our administrative team will automatically re-enroll you in your preferred classes or team (if space is available) on your return date without any enrollment fee. 

  • The enrollment pause must be a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days.

  • The only start dates for enrollment pause are June 1st and July 1st, and the start date must be the 1st of a future month. 

  • Enrollment pauses cannot begin in the current month or in the middle of a billing cycle.
